When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing your order, including your delivery address and contact details, is complete and accurate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
For products such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, slight variations between individual instruments may occur and form part of their individual character.
If you require additional information about a product before purchasing, please contact us at contact@thesingingbowlstore.co.uk.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other approved payment providers. We do not directly store or have access to your complete credit or debit card details.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
6. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes cannot normally be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless specifically stated otherwise.
Discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values or restrictions to particular products or customers.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel a promotional offer where reasonably necessary.
We may cancel an order where a promotional or discount code has been used fraudulently or contrary to the conditions of the promotion.
7. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchasing, billing and account information when placing an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account details, email address and other relevant information up to date.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or misuse of promotional offers.

8. UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50 using our 48-hour delivery service.
For UK orders, we generally use Royal Mail services for parcels weighing up to 20kg.
For larger, heavier or oversized orders, including some larger singing bowls and sound healing instruments, we may use Evri, DPD Local or another suitable courier.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Singing Bowl Store offers international delivery to supported destinations across Europe, North America and worldwide.
For smaller international parcels, we may use Royal Mail international services.
For worldwide shipping, we usually use DHL Worldwide services, particularly for larger or heavier parcels.
Available international delivery services and prices are displayed at checkout.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier and customs clearance.
10. Customs Duties & Taxes
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Where these charges have been collected at checkout, they will form part of the total amount paid when placing your order.
Europe & Other International Destinations
For orders shipped to European countries and other international destinations, customs duties, import VAT and local taxes are not included in our product prices or delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties, import VAT or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to the courier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are outside our control.
Customs clearance may also result in additional delivery delays.
11. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is accurate.
If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to accept the parcel, or because incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided, additional storage, return or redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
12. Returns & Cancellations
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the eligible goods in accordance with the instructions provided by us and within the applicable statutory period.
Returned products should be kept in good condition and should not be handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where an exemption under applicable consumer law applies.
Please contact us at contact@thesingingbowlstore.co.uk before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please see our Return Policy for full details.
Nothing in our Return Policy or these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

All products are carefully checked before dispatch, with particular care taken when packing fragile products such as crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thesingingbowlstore.co.uk.
Where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may have rights to a refund, repair or replacement under applicable UK consumer law.
These rights are separate from your right to change your mind about an online purchase.
