Pre-Order Policy
At The Singing Bowl Store, selected crystal singing bowls, singing bowl sets, sound healing instruments and accessories may occasionally be available to pre-order. This allows you to reserve an item that we do not currently hold in stock while we arrange supply directly with our manufacturer.
How Pre-Orders Work
When a product is marked as Pre-Order, you can place your order in advance to reserve the item.
The process is simple:
- Place your pre-order – You pay 50% of the product price when your pre-order is confirmed.
- We order from our manufacturer – Once your pre-order has been placed, we arrange for your item to be supplied directly to us by our manufacturer.
- Your item arrives with us – We normally expect pre-order products to reach us within approximately two weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date and can occasionally vary due to manufacturing, availability, customs or transport delays.
- Final payment – Once we receive your item, we will contact you to request the remaining 50% balance.
- Dispatch to you – After the remaining balance has been paid, we will carefully prepare your order for dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information where available.
Example of a Pre-Order Payment
If you pre-order a crystal singing bowl priced at £200, you would pay £100 when placing your pre-order.
When the singing bowl arrives with us from our manufacturer, we will contact you to request the remaining £100. Once this has been paid, we will dispatch your bowl to you.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown as part of your order.
Pre-Order Timescales
Most pre-order items are expected to reach us in approximately two weeks. However, because these products are being ordered from our manufacturer specifically for fulfilment, the actual timeframe may be slightly shorter or longer.
The estimated timeframe refers to the product reaching The Singing Bowl Store, rather than arriving at your delivery address. Once we receive your item and the outstanding balance has been paid, normal delivery times will apply.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
If you change your mind about a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thesingingbowlstore.co.uk.
Your cancellation and refund rights are not affected by this Pre-Order Policy. Where you have a statutory right to cancel your order, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with your rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Availability and Guarantees
Placing a pre-order reserves your request for the selected product, but estimated availability and arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Manufacturing schedules, international transport, customs and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you and provide a full refund of any amount you have already paid for the unavailable item.
Where products are handmade or individually finished, including certain crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments, there may also be minor variations in appearance, finish, dimensions or other characteristics compared with product photographs. These natural variations do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Pre-order availability may be offered across selected products, including crystal singing bowls, crystal singing bowl sets, sound healing instruments and singing bowl accessories.
The individual product page will indicate when an item is available for pre-order. Please check the product information before ordering, as expected availability may vary between products.
