UK Delivery
At The Singing Bowl Store, we aim to get your sound healing products to you safely and as quickly as possible.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50 using our 48-hour delivery service.
For UK orders, we generally use Royal Mail services for parcels weighing up to 20kg. For larger, heavier or oversized orders, we may use Evri, DPD Local or another suitable courier to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Delivery options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Delivery Times
Orders placed Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Our main Royal Mail delivery services are:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please remember that delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
International & Worldwide Delivery
The Singing Bowl Store offers international delivery to customers across Europe, North America and other destinations worldwide.
European destinations include Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
We also deliver to the United States, Canada and Mexico, as well as other supported destinations worldwide.
For smaller international parcels, we may use Royal Mail international services. For worldwide shipping, we usually use DHL Worldwide services, particularly for larger or heavier parcels, providing a reliable and trackable delivery service.

Customs Duties & Taxes
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Where these charges have been collected at checkout, customers should not normally be required to pay the same import charges again when their parcel is delivered.
Europe & Other International Destinations
For orders shipped to European countries and other international destinations, customs duties, import VAT and local taxes are not included in our product prices or delivery charges.
Any applicable customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to the courier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.
These charges vary depending on the destination country and the value of the order and are determined by the relevant local authorities.
Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delivery delays, which are outside our control.
Carefully Checked Before Dispatch
We understand how important it is for crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments to arrive safely.
Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. If we discover any damage or fault during our checks, the item will not be sent to you.
We also take particular care when packaging fragile sound healing instruments to help protect them during transit.
