We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay, where available.

We also accept PayPal and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers available at checkout.

Shopify Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), helping to protect your payment information when you shop with us.

How much will postage cost?

UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50 using our 48-hour delivery service.

For UK orders, we generally use Royal Mail services for parcels weighing up to 20kg.

For larger, heavier or oversized orders, including some larger singing bowls and sound healing instruments, we may use Evri, DPD Local or another suitable courier to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Delivery options and costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International & Worldwide Delivery

The Singing Bowl Store delivers to customers across Europe, North America and other supported destinations worldwide.

For smaller international parcels, we may use Royal Mail international services. For worldwide shipping, we usually use DHL Worldwide services, particularly for larger or heavier parcels, providing a reliable and trackable delivery service.

Available international delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where required.

For orders shipped to European countries and other international destinations, customs duties, import VAT and local taxes are not included in our product prices or delivery charges.

Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid to the courier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.

Customs charges vary by country and are determined by the relevant local authorities. Customs clearance may also occasionally cause additional delivery delays outside our control.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.

Our main UK Royal Mail delivery services are:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Are the items checked before dispatch?

Yes. Every product is carefully checked before it is packed and dispatched.

We take particular care when checking and packaging fragile crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments to help protect them during transit.

If we discover any damage or fault during our checks, the item will not be sent to you.

Still have a question?
