Refund and Returns Policy
RETURN POLICY
If your order has issues, received damaged goods, or doesn’t meet expectations, request a refund by contacting us via our Contact Us page or email at contact@thesingingbowlstore.co.uk, stating the reason.
Wait for return instructions via email (1-2 working days) and return only after confirmation.
Return the item in its original packaging, securely packed. Follow care guidelines to avoid denial. Use Tracked or Signed for Delivery for safety. Ensure the invoice is included.
Please be aware that Gift Cards are non-returnable items.
CHANGE OF MIND
For a change of mind, please contact us promptly. We accept returns of new, unused products within 10 days for a refund of the goods’ cost only (excluding postage).
ORDER CANCELLATION
Contact us within 12 hours to cancel. If not posted, a full refund will be issued immediately; if posted, a return is required before a refund.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR FAULTY ITEMS
Check items on delivery. Report missing, damaged, or faulty items with a photo of the parcel, invoice, and damaged or faulty item. Full refund for damaged goods if returned within 10 days of delivery (15 days for international shipping).
We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses. Double-check before submitting.
REFUNDS
Upon inspecting your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation of an accepted refund. A refund is issued promptly, reflecting in your account in up to 10 working days.
RIGHT TO DENY
The Singing Bowls Store reserves the right to inspect returns. If not in line with our policy or approved via email beforehand, we may deny the return.
